Father Don Smith

Rector

Fr. Don has served parishes in Tennessee, Alabama and now in Louisiana, He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in 1991 and graduated from the Episcopal Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, Texas with a Master of Divinity in 2007.


Prior to leaving business to work for the Church in 2001, Fr. Don worked in retail banking, mortgage servicing and later in operations management. 


He also has extensive mission experience in Central America, Mexico, Africa and the American southwest.


Fr Don has authored serval articles for national magazines and is an avid reader and outdoorsman.
